Stories are powerful. Before writing existed, stories were how knowledge was preserved. Today, God speaks to us through the biblical narrative and the seven “chapters” of the greatest story ever told.

We have a lot of options for you to interact with others this evening. If you just want to chill and talk, try the Night Lounge. If you interact better while playing games, then make your way to the Restaurante El Pescador and grab a board game. You can also head to the Sports area for some physical activity. And if praise and worship is what you are needing right now, join the special worship session in the main hall.

Breakfast

08:30 - 09:45

What lies at the foundation of reality? To answer this question, we must paint a pre-creation picture of God. We’ll discover that God is love in the most beautiful and meaningful sense imaginable.

09:45 - 11:00

The story of creation reveals a perfect world. “Eden” is the key word in the narrative. It opens our understanding to what perfection was like. At the end of the first week, the Creator gave mankind a day that was meant to be different, a day where we can take a deep breath and rest in His story.

11:00 - 12:15

If God is good, why is there evil and pain in the world? We explore the origin of evil to see how love and freedom are risky business, but worth the risk.

At the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, mankind believed the serpent’s lies and fell out of relational harmony with God.

17:30 - 18:45

The Old Testament is a story of a broken people, continually failing to stay in relationship with God.Take an in-depth look at the stories of the call of Abraham and the founding of Israel as God’s covenant people, through which the Messiah would come.

19:00 - 19:45

Dinner

20:30 - 22:00

This is a special moment to gather with the people from your country to reflect on how God is touching you so far. In what ways is God inspiring you to make a difference when you return home? Share your thoughts with your delegation.

07:00 - 07:45

Breakfast

08:30 - 09:45

How can we make coherent sense of the God we encounter in the Old Testament in comparison to the Jesus we encounter in the New Testament?

09:45 - 11:00

The entire narrative of the Law of and Prophets reaches its fulfillment and its focus of future realization in the faith of Jesus.

11:00 - 12:15

The Messiah came to heal people of their brokenness. He lived as a humble Man of Sorrows and taught of love to the nth degree. Then He lived out that love when He carried the cross that belonged to humanity and died a sinner’s death at Calvary, breathing new life into us through His faith in us.

12:45 - 13:30

Lunch

15:30 - 16:45

Jesus describes the storyline of salvation as a seed. But why is it often difficult for God’s story to take root and produce the change it promises? In Matthew 13, Jesus defines the condition of our hearts as the primary predictor of our spiritual fruitfulness. We will explore how cultivating a practical theology of the heart creates the conditions needed for God’s story to bear fruit in our lives and those around us.

16:45 - 18:00

After Jesus left, He gave His disciples the charge to continue His ministry. They were to nurture the growing community of Jesus followers in the same ways that He had nurtured them. This presentation explores the great commission and what it would look like if today’s church acted on the call to preach the gospel.

18:00 - 18:45

Listening to our speakers will probably spark lots of questions in your mind. We will address your questions during our Q&A sessions.

In the Marketplace of Ideas, you will find student ministries from different countries who will share more about their projects and resources to inspire you and encourage you to start or grow a project of your own! Use this time to learn from one another and find ways to impact the students in your own country. You may also visit the booths from Light Bearers, Campus Adventista de Sagunto and Safeliz during this time.

09:45 - 11:00

The Bible contains sixty-six different books that are all connected, but what is the best way to explore the themes of Scripture and have a more meaningful walk with Jesus?

11:00 - 12:15

Talking to friends, co-workers, and strangers about Jesus can sometimes feel like social suicide, especially in today’s post-modern culture where the Bible is no longer viewed as relevant as it once was. This teaching will explore some practical ways to talk about the Bible and provide guidelines for entering into spiritual conversations with secular people.

12:15 - 13:15

You might worry that heaven will be predictable and mundane, but eternity future will be anything but boring. Because the new earth will be a world based on freedom, life will be dynamic and filled with holy unpredictability.
